10-Minute Truffle Ricotta Garlic Cracker Bites
This is a quick snack or appetizer that shows exactly how a drizzle oil can turn a simple bite into something that feels more elevated. - 12Garlic Crackers
- 1/2 CupRicotta Cheese
- 1 tspLemon Zest
- 1 tbspChopped parsley, chives, or basil
- DrizzleWhite Truffle Drizzling Olive OIl
- Fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt
Instructions
Prep
Mix the ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice, herbs, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Arrange the Garlic Crackers on a plate or board. Spoon a small amount of the ricotta mixture onto each cracker.
Toss and season
Add optional toppings such as shaved parmesan, tomato, chili flakes, or a tiny touch of honey.
